The website, at the address pleez.co.il, is operated by Kazzazim Ltd., C.P. 517090080 (hereinafter: " the Company " or " PleeZ ").
These Terms and Conditions are written in the masculine form for convenience only, but are intended and directed at all genders. Browsing, using and/or purchasing the Site constitutes your full agreement to the terms and conditions detailed in these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you are requested not to use the Site.
1. General
A. The site management reserves the right to change the regulations from time to time, at its sole discretion. Any change will be effective from the moment it is published on the site.
B. PleeZ does everything in its power to present the most accurate and complete information, but there may be clerical errors in the description of the products or their prices. In such a case, the company reserves the right to cancel a transaction, even after it has been approved, and refund the customer in full.
C. Product images on the site are for illustrative purposes only, and there may be slight differences between the image displayed and the actual product.
2. Terms of use and purchase on the website
A. Purchases on the site will be allowed to users aged 18 and over, who possess an Israeli ID card and a valid credit card issued in Israel.
B. In order to complete the ordering process, the customer must provide correct, complete and accurate personal information, including full name, exact address, email address and telephone number. Providing false information constitutes a criminal offense.
C. The payment process on the site is secure and is carried out through an external payment provider. The company does not store customers' credit card information in its systems.
3. Ordering Process A. After completing the order on the website, the customer will be sent an initial email confirming receipt of the order details. B. This confirmation does not constitute final approval for the transaction. The transaction will be finally approved only after checking the availability of the product in stock and receiving approval from the credit card company. In the event that the ordered product is out of stock, we will contact you to offer an alternative or cancel the transaction and refund the full payment.

A. We at PleeZ make every effort to ensure that your order arrives quickly and safely.
B. All complete and detailed information regarding delivery areas, delivery times, costs and shipping methods appears on the "Shipping Policy" page on the website. This policy forms an integral part of these regulations.
5. Cancellation and Return Policy
A. We operate in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981. B. All information regarding the manner and conditions for canceling a transaction, returning products, and receiving a refund is detailed on the "Cancellations and Returns Policy" page on the website. This policy forms an integral part of these regulations.
6. Product Warranty
A. All lighting fixtures sold at PleeZ come with a manufacturer's warranty for a period of one year from the date of purchase, against manufacturing defects.
B. It is important to emphasize:
i. Installation of lighting fixtures must be performed by a certified electrician only . Product warranty is conditional on presentation of installation approval by a certified electrician.
ii. The warranty does not apply to damage caused by faulty installation, improper use or handling of the product, breakage, reasonable wear and tear, short circuit, moisture damage or any other external damage.
iii. The warranty does not include bulbs.
C. To exercise warranty, please contact our customer service along with the purchase invoice.
7. Intellectual property
A. All intellectual property rights on the PleeZ website, including the design, logo, images, texts and content, are the exclusive property of the company.
B. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or make any commercial use of the information or content appearing on the site without receiving express written permission from the company.
8. Privacy
A. The company respects the privacy of its customers. The information collected on the site is used for the purpose of processing orders and contacting the customer.
