• What does "custom lighting" mean?

This means you have a lot of flexibility in how the final product looks. Did you like a particular model? In most cases, we can change the length of the rods, the color and type of power cables (e.g., colored fabric cable), the dimensions of the base, and more. Contact us with your request and we will be happy to check its feasibility.

• Does customization involve an additional fee?

Sometimes yes. The final price depends on the complexity of the change and the materials required. We provide a transparent and detailed quote before placing any custom order.

• What exactly is brass? Does it rust?

Brass is a metal alloy composed of copper and zinc. One of its wonderful properties is that it does not rust. Over time and in contact with air, brass develops a “patina” – a natural darkening process that gives it a rich, deep hue, from a golden appearance to a bronze-brown. This process adds character and beauty to the product.

• How do you clean and maintain brass lighting fixtures?

To clean light dust, use a soft, dry microfiber cloth. If you want to restore the original shine, you can use a mild brass polish (available at hardware stores). It is always important to test a small, hidden area first. For light cleaning, you can dip a cloth in warm water with a little dish soap, wring it out well, and wipe gently. Be sure to dry immediately with another dry cloth to prevent water spots.

• Can the lighting fixtures be seen in a physical store?

Currently, our model is digital (Online-first) and orders are placed through the website. This allows us to offer you more accessible prices. However, we are available for any questions, consultations or requests for additional photos on WhatsApp or by phone. Of course, if the product has arrived and it is not exactly what you imagined, you can return it according to our return policy.

• What are the shipping options?

Lighting fixtures are delicate items and we make sure they arrive to you safely. There are two options:

1. Self-pickup: You can arrange self-pickup from our studio in Tel Aviv, free of charge.
2. Delivery to your home: 35 NIS for small lighting fixtures, and 80 NIS for large lighting fixtures.

• What is the delivery time of the products?
  Because each product is manufactured and assembled specifically for you after ordering, delivery time is between 7 and 14 business days. For complex custom orders, delivery time may be slightly longer, and this is in full coordination with you.

• What is your return policy?

We want you to be happy with your choice. Standard products can be returned in their original packaging and unused within 30 days of receipt. For custom-made products, the return policy is different. Please see the "Return Policy" page for full information.

• How do you choose the right light bulb? What is the difference between the types?

The choice of light bulb dramatically affects the atmosphere. Here is a brief difference:

• LED bulbs: The modern and economical choice. They come in a wide range of "color temperatures" (warm yellowish light, cool white light, etc.), consume little electricity, and last for many years.
  Filament bulbs: Vintage-style bulbs with exposed filaments. They produce a warm, amber light, perfect for creating a soft, nostalgic atmosphere. They are less efficient than LEDs and must be matched to a dimmer socket if you want to control the intensity.
  The choice depends on the atmosphere you want to create: for functional and bright light (for example in the kitchen) we recommend a warm-toned LED. For a decorative and soft atmosphere (for example in the dining area or living room) a charcoal bulb would be an excellent choice.
  
  
• Are the lighting fixtures protected from water?

No. Our lighting fixtures are not waterproof and are not intended for use in wet rooms or outdoor conditions. Therefore, they are not suitable for installation in bathrooms, showers or as part of garden lighting.

• Do your products meet Israeli standards?

Absolutely. All electrical components (bulb housing, cables, etc.) used in our products carry the standard mark of the Standards Institute of Israel.

• Do I need an electrician to install the light fixture?

Yes. According to the law and our unequivocal recommendation, the installation of any lighting fixture that connects directly to the electrical grid must be performed only by a certified electrician. This ensures your safety and the integrity of the product.
